E-Election 2021 - 2023

7 April 2021 - 08h00 to 18h00

  • ONLINE: Due to the COVID-19 state of emergency, the election will be done online.
  • CREDENTIALS: All parents with valid phone numbers and identity numbers will receive an sms with a username and password from an App named VotingCrowd.
  • TUTORIALS: Short YouTube videos that explains the voting process is available at https://youtu.be/S0uRlxwOvLk or scroll down to watch the videos on the page.

How to Vote

  • LINK: Log in to www.votingcrowd.co.za from any laptop or pc between 08h00 and 18h00 on Wednesday 7 April 2021 using your username and password.
  • BROWSER - Please note that it is recommended that the App be opened on a laptop or computer from your favourite browser such as Chrome, Edge, FireFox, Opera etc.
  • MOBILE - The mobile App may be downloaded from any Appstore.
  • VOTE - You will receive a list with photos and names of the candidates for the positions on the SGB after you logged in.  Select up to 7 candidates of your choice.
  • SUBMIT
  • We will have computer voting stations available at the school at the finance office for use during normal school hours (08h00 until 15h00) should you not have the facilities. Assistance will also be available.
  • Parents who did not receive an sms with credentials, may come to school between 08h00 and 15h00 to vote by traditional means with a secret ballot. Please have a means of identification (identity document or drivers licence available for checking against the voter roll).
